New Important Junior
High Student Immunization Requirements!
All sixth grade students entering seventh grade this fall will be required
to have two doses of varicella vaccine and one dose of TDaP and a
meningococcal vaccine. These new requirements from the State of Texas went
into effect August 1, 2009.
Your child must receive these immunizations before they will be allowed to
enter seventh grade in August.
Please bring proof of immunizations to the clinic by May 3, 2010.
