Mr. Lowell was named principal of Roberts Road Elementary School in June 2001. At the time of his appointment to Roberts Road, Mr. Lowell had over 20 years experience in education, including serving as Waller Junior High School Assistant Principal, WISD Special Services Supervisor, and Interim Principal of Jones Intermediate School. He had also worked as a teacher and Special Education Counselor in Conroe. Mr. Lowell received a B.S. degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and he received a Masters degree in Education as well as Mid-Management and Counseling Certification from Prairie View A&M University.
