In most instances, facility use charges will not apply to non-profit groups and/or to those providing a service for WISD students.

The above fees are to be minimum charges for two (2) hours use.
Additional hours or portions of hours will require the payment of a full additional hour or hours.
Waller ISD Employee's time if required shall be billed separate from the above mentioned building use fees.
Standard rate for any food service employee shall be charged at $18.00 per hour.
Standard rate for any maintenance employee shall be charged at $18.00 per hour.
The use of the Cafeteria does not include the use of the food preparation area.
Use of the food preparation area and/or equipment  will require the supervision of a food service staff member.
The charge for the use of any individual room in any building shall be determined by the administration of the district.

** New High School Auditorium will include a charge for a person to act as facility manager at $25.00 per hour and may include a person to operate the light and/or sound systems at $15.00 per hour for each person required.
If security is requested or in the opinion of the District official necessary for the safety of the participants said security will be employed by the rate of $25.00 per hour and will be billed in addition to all of the abovementioned fees.
