WISD Board
Welcomes New Administrators
The Waller ISD Board of Trustees welcomed four
new administrators at its regular meeting held July 11. The new
administrators are Ken Epting (Waller High School Assistant Principal
for Curriculum and Instruction), Pam Groschke (Waller Junior High
Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction), Herbert O’Neil (WJH
Assistant Principal), and Tracy Webb (Schultz Middle School Assistant
Principal).
In other business, the Board approved minor changes to
its transfer policy and local leave policy. The Board Policy can be
viewed on Waller ISD’s web site at www.wallerisd.net. New school
meal prices for the 2006-2007 school year were also approved.
In information items, the Board heard updates on House
Bill 1, 2006-2007 Budget planning, and preliminary campus TAKS reports.
Important dates noted were: August 14 – Regular Board Meting,
August 16 – First Day of School, and August 28 – Special Board Meeting
to Adopt Budget and Tax Rate.
