WHS Lady Bulldog soccer completes season 5th in district play
Waller High
School’s Varsity lady Bulldog Soccer Team completed their season March 17
with a 2-1 hard fought victory over Willis. With the win, the Lady Bulldogs
finished the season fifth place in district. Though the team was plagued
with serious injuries all season, they never gave up. The team will sorely
miss the class of 2008 seniors Sara Burton, Nancy Bueno, Meaghan Kulhanek,
Stephanie Moreno and Abby Marburger; and the dedication they have shown
WHS. The team is already gearing up for a strong 2009 campaign. Brenham,
Montgomery, Huntsville, Willis, Navasota, Magnolia, and Magnolia West
beware. |
