Reay, Forester place in State BPA competition. March 5-8 qualifiers from Waller High School’s (WHS) Business Professionals of America (BPA) competed in state competition at the BPA leadership conference in Dallas. Michelle Reay placed first in the Desktop Publishing. As the state champion, Reay will advance to nationals and represent WHS BPA in Nevada May 8. Lauren Forester received the seventh place medal in PowerPoint and is a national alternate.
     Also competing at state were Alex Walker in Legal Office; Vikki Douglas in Advanced Interview; TJ Mock and Jared Croy in Java Programming; Max Corral in Graphic Design; and the team of Jeana Benoit, Vikki Douglas, and Michelle Reay in Presentation Management.
