Waller ISD Welcomes Substitute Teachers

Waller ISD welcomed over fifty visitors at the Waller ISD Substitute Orientation on August 4^th.  Human Resources Director, Mike Brooks, welcomed the attendees and thanked them for their interest in working in Waller ISD.  Brooks presented Waller ISD general information, employment requirements, a typical day in the classroom, attendance taking information, and how to utilize our AESOP substitute teacher on-line system.   Harris County Sherriff and School Resource Officer, Deputy Steve Underhill, visited the group and gave tips on Crisis Management in the schools.  If you are interested in joining the Waller ISD team, contact Waller ISD Human Resources Dept. at 936.931.3685 or http://www.wallerisd.net/hr/default.htm.
