SERVICE MEMBERS NAMES SOUGHT FOR MEMORIAL

WISD-Waller ISD is seeking information on military members killed in action (KIA), POW/MIA, or has died as a result of a combat related injury. This information is needed at this time to be listed as part of a new memorial planned at the new Waller High School Football Stadium. If you know someone or a family member who may fit into one of these categories, we would like to hear from you.

These service members could have served in WWII, Korea, Viet Nam, and or one of the Desert Storm/Desert Shield/Iraqi/Afghanistan conflicts. They would have attended Waller High School or the former Prairie View High School in Waller County. Information is currently being researched by the local VFW. Our goal is not to miss anyone who has sacrificed for their country and attended Waller High School or the former Prairie View High School.

Please e-mail information to bgeorge@wallerisd.net or contact the Waller High School AFJROTC Unit by calling 936.372.4201, ext 2027 or contact Chief Bill George at 281.682.0531 after 4pm.

Toda informacion esta disponible en espanol sobre el pedido.  Por favor contacte a Waller ISD al 936.931.3685
