Waller Food Service Director Whitney Johnson is a native of Spring, Texas and a graduate of Westfield High School. She is a 1996 graduate of Texas Tech University where she earned a B.S. degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management.

Ms. Johnson came to Waller ISD in February 2001 with five years of professional experience, including one year as manager of Pappasitos Restaurant at Willowbrook (Houston), two years as a general manager over several locations of Einstein Brothers Bagels in Dallas, and two years as a Fort Bend School District Food Service Area Supervisor where her responsibilities included overseeing the 18 schools in her area.
